Conferences

We value speaking with you about your child!

November Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held in person on November 13th from 5:15 pm – 8:15 pm and November 14th from 3:15 pm – 8:15 pm. Conferences are scheduled in 15-minute time slots with homeroom teachers only. If you would like to meet with a teacher other than your child’s homeroom teacher, please contact her/him directly via email. This would pertain to Adler’s speech and language pathologist, social worker, reading interventionist, math interventionist, special education teacher, occupational therapist, music teacher, PE teacher, art teacher, or school librarian. In order to schedule a conference, parents/guardians need to register and then schedule through a website called PTC Wizard. The registration window is open now through November 1st. After November 1st, conferences will need to be scheduled by contacting the classroom teacher directly via email. The directions for registering and scheduling as well as a link to the website can be found on the Adler website under the "Student Life" and "Conferences" tab or by clicking HERE.

It is strongly recommended that if you are scheduling for multiple students, that you give a 15 minute break time to allow for transitions or any overlap. If you are a family with multiple parents or step-parents, please make every effort to have a conjoined conference so that the information shared and questions asked can be answered in an uniform manner.

Winter conferences will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 5:15-8:15 pm and Thursday, February 13, 2025 from 3:15-8:15 pm.  Information will be available closer to those dates to sign up.
